Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Ragamaya Resort & Spa Munnar. By making a reservation with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Reservation & Payment

Advance Payment: All reservations must be confirmed with a 100% advance payment.

Reservation Guarantee: A booking is only guaranteed once the full advance payment has been received or a valid voucher is presented.

Rates: All quoted rates are non-commissionable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the management.

2. Check-in & Check-out Policies

Standard Timings: Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.

Early Check-in / Late Check-out: Subject to availability. Additional charges apply for early check-in before 2:00 PM or late check-out after 11:00 AM.

Photo Identification: It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government-issued photo identification at check-in.

Indian Citizens: Aadhar Card, Driver's License, or Voter ID are accepted. PAN cards are not valid proof of identity.

International Guests: A valid passport and Indian visa are required.

3. Package Inclusions

Your stay includes the following: Welcome drink on arrival, daily breakfast buffet, complimentary cycling and nature walk, hi-tea with snacks, access to the fitness centre and swimming pool, tea tasting session, campfire (subject to weather conditions), and access to indoor games & kids play area.

4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Standard Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 15 days or more before arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 15 to 8 days before arrival will incur 50% retention. Cancellations made within 7 days or in case of a no-show will result in 100% retention of the total booking amount.

Peak Season Cancellation Policy: For bookings between December 15th and January 5th, a zero-cancellation policy applies. Any cancellation or no-show during this period will result in 100% retention of the total booking amount.

Refund Processing: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting payment gateway or bank transaction charges.

5. General Policies

Right to Refuse Service: The resort reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay for any guest violating policies or disturbing other guests.

Liability: Management is not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings.

Damage to Property: Guests will be financially responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

Jurisdiction: All legal disputes will be under the jurisdiction of courts in Munnar, Kerala.

6. Privacy Policy

Ragamaya Resort & Spa is committed to protecting your privacy. The personal information you provide, such as name, contact details, and identification, is collected solely for reservation processing and service delivery. We will not share or sell your information unless required by law.
